Parking
Free parking is available along the street or at the public parking area about 50 metres from the house.
Swimming pool
The private pool is available from 08:00 to 21:00. Use is at your own risk. Children must always be supervised. No glassware near the pool.
Quiet hours
Please respect our neighbours between 22:00 and 08:00.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside. Outside smoking is allowed, please use the ashtray provided.
Music
Please do not use Bluetooth speakers or external sound systems. Keep music indoors at a low volume or use headphones.
Guests
Casa TriSol is designed for a maximum of 2 adults. Extra visitors only after prior agreement.
Babies
Babies are welcome. A baby cot is available on request. Due to the open pool, the stay is not suitable for crawling or walking young children.
Pets
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Drugs
The use or possession of drugs is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Air conditioning
Keep windows and doors closed while using the air conditioning. Please switch it off when leaving.
Damage or issues
If something breaks or does not work properly, please let us know immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
Before departure
Please place rubbish in the bin, wash dishes, close windows and doors and switch off the air conditioning.
